For students, she is more than an agent—many call her a “second mother.” Nurianna has lived here for over 20 years, with more than 18 devoted to education. She knows the intricacies of admissions, visa procedures, and adapting to a new country. Thanks to her experience, students navigate the process with ease and feel at home in Malaysia.

As Founder and Managing Director of Masters Pro Management Sdn Bhd, he combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery—guiding organizations from vision to measurable outcomes. A Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI), he champions leadership standards that align people, processes, and performance.

Victoria has lived in Malaysia for over six years and graduated from Asia Pacific University (APU) with a degree in Digital Advertising, so she understands what it means to study abroad.
Her mission is to make every interaction with students easy and productive. She helps them adapt and does everything she can to ensure they feel confident and supported at every step.
